Agreement
By creating an account or using dolf.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including tournament organizers and their participants.
The Service
dolf.app provides a software platform for disc golf tournament management, including event creation, player registration, scoring, and related tools. We offer an Organizer Plan at €30/year which includes one team account, up to 2 courses, unlimited tournaments, and unlimited skills competitions.
We may update or improve features at any time. We'll notify you of any changes that significantly affect your use of the platform.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts are for one team and may not be shared with other organizations.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use dolf.app only for lawful disc golf tournament management purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data
- Upload malicious code or content
- Misrepresent tournament information or player results
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform
Subscription & Payment
The Organizer Plan is billed annually at €30/year. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all tournament data, course information, and content you create in dolf.app. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any player data you submit through the platform.
Availability & Support
We aim to provide 24/7 availability and support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen outages, or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
dolf.app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, tournament disruptions, or revenue loss. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export it.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of dolf.app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
